Dear Members of ATASC-San Diego,
We would like to invite you to our upcoming General Assembly
meeting and elections for 2008-2009 ATASC-SD Board of Directors.
In order to attend the meeting and cast your votes, you must be
a member in good standing (i.e., dues-paying member for 2008)
with ATASC-San Diego.

Wednesday March 5th, 2008
Time:
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Place:
Westfield UTC Mall, Forum Hall (located on the second floor
of the Wells Fargo Bank building near Nordstrom's and the
pedestrian bridge)
NOMINATIONS:
ATASC San Diego is requesting nominations from all members in
good standing. The following positions are up for election for
a 2 year term:

Board Members
VOTING:
Only active (dues paid for 2008) members of ATASC-SD will have
the opportunity to cast their votes for the election of our new
board members. Please note that
you can not vote unless you are a member of ATASC-SD. The
voting is as follows:
Student members 1 vote
Individual members 1 vote
Family members 2 votes
All members are invited to participate and vote in person. If
you are unable to attend the meeting, you may send a written
proxy with one of the members in good standing. Please use the
